The US Secret Service is at the center of scrutiny after an assassination attempt on Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The rally's security failure has led to calls for the director of the US Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle, to resign.

The violent incident was the first time a current or former US president has been wounded in an attempted assassination since Ronald Reagan in 1981.

Cheatle has said she would not resign from her role.

A sloped roof? What’s happened to the secret service 😂
  • Lmao, what's next? "There was some rust on the ladder leading up to the roof, and it posed a tetanus risk to the Secret Service"?
  • @nimueh4298
That is not a steep roof, what a BS excuse.
  • @bander9
They didn't call for the Head of Secret Service to be fired when the text messages of Jan 6th were purged.
  • Supposedly police inside. The companies security surveillance would show all the inside and outside activities.
