Fyi his name is Tie Ru and was popular for his apex streams 2-3 years ago when the game was booming. Right now when the streaming boom in japan was to play street fighter 6, suprisingly he is one among the few who plays tekken. Also the reason maybe people hardly heard of him was because he is not a pro player in apex just a casual player who was very good with snipers.

This makes me simultaneously really hopeful and daunted at the prospect of getting into the higher ranks, because on the one hand I understand everything that is happening here and none of it is particularly mechanically demanding; but on the other hand that means there is no clever substitute on Leo for knowing the match-up, blocking/moving patiently and correctly and punishing efficiently.... which is the stuff that takes so long to learn! ;_; Love the stage music that has been picked as well, seriously the jukebox is a feature other fighting games need to adopt.

This Leo's combos are really stylish and mechanically demanding, but I still think they could be getting more damage out of them from the same starter... The first bnb I learned on Leo does 69 (34) damage while the BNB they're using does 64 (29) which when doing the math only does 5% less gray life. On top of that their bnb is really fucking hard and weird for no reason
