To działa od razu , wyjątkowo zauważyłam różnice w postaci rozluźnienia mięśni , ból jak i przyjemny jak i lekko nieprzyjemny , mrowienie jak uczucie lekkości, po pewnym czasie zimno a gdy jest dość długi czas i po medytacji , utrzymuje się dość długo mi cały czas , jak na razie ciepło na całym ciele , ja zawsze byłam zimorodkiem czyli całe ciało miałam zimne a teraz jest na odwrót onno pulsuje ciepłem czasem nawet gorącem 🔥❤️🔥
