Or this is actually more like a Stinky laughing compilation :D His laugh is the thing that has made the character such a legend in Finland.

The voice actor is Matti Ruohola.

Stinky was always so psychotic to me as a kid. I vividly remember being very anxious because of all the mischief he caused. That dream sequence with muumintroll falling off the airship was absolutely horrifying
