I’m Stopping The Off-Road 6x6 Build!

For some reason I feel like saying this: in my opinion this is the best car related channel on youtube, and in fact one of the best channels overall. Everything just works, the vibe, the style, how natural and normal everyone and everything is, no unnecessary acting and so on. I often just smile through the whole video and replay some parts several times just because I like them so much, and I'm always looking forward to new videos.

Katelynn's eagerness to learn is refreshing, and Matt's willingness to not only let her struggle in her quest for knowledge but also his ability to teach is amazing.

To all the people who are always commenting on Matt’s professionalism and upbeat attitude and how he never uses four letter words. I want to say attitude is the most contagious thing in the world, Matt knows this and has created an ideal environment. This takes years of constant practice to achieve, and a wonderful team of friends and loved ones. I applaud the success of Matt, not all hero’s wear capes.

Katelynn is such a great addition to the team! I was sad when Lizzy left but KL has just been amazing. I love seeing her learn!

what's cool is all these young people learning from you Matt . They may not realize it now but later in life they will know how lucky they were to work/learn all this stuff from you . Plus they can go back and watch it all on video . It's cool to see how excited and the smiles they have when working together on stuff .

When Matt recognized his engine, that triggered a memory for me. My great grandpa's merc had some serious problems, so my uncle and i went and bought a donor car. As we were pulling the car apart, he kept double taking at it. At first i said nothing, but when he pulled apart seats, he realized it used to be his merc in his youth, because he'd taken the rails and cut them up, so they'd fit him and his taller frame. It's funny when you realize something came back to you. At least, watching someone have the experience, i I haven't had such an experience yet, but i fully expect it to happen at some point. :)) Must be a trip.

I really appreciate your passion for Corvairs. My Father and his brothers all had Corvairs. We traveled everywhere in it, pulling an Coleman camper behind it, camping all over the South East and a few times to Texas. I "assisted" him with a tear-down and rebuild of the engine to inspect for wear at 100K miles when I was 7 years old. That was 55 years ago. It still within factory tolerances.

I'm so happy to see these engines being cleaned up -- the more we can repair and reuse things the better for the environment!

Solid color epoxy floors are going to look great in the ol'Shop just remember don't add the chips, youll have a helluva time looking for dropped nuts,bolts and washers.

Don’t criticize Rhett, there’s method to the madness. I learned that technique from my grandfather working in the garden. He would hoe a little and then lean on the hoe to ponder. Pondering refreshes the brain and we’re less apt to rush in and make senseless mistakes.😎👍

I am a big fan of Katelynn.... watching her knowledge grow and Matt's overall knowledge of engines in general but his passion for Corvairs is exceptional. I have respect for that endless amount of what he knows about engines.....always keeps me coming back.

Robby did an awesome job in the CT. He placed 4th in the burn out; finished the van prix and the 900!!

The Morrvair, Banana, the Wrecker, the Bombi, those are special. They're really 1 of 1, hand built. I can appreciate those far more than a Lamborghini. It's arrogant to think that Lamborghini is special, I mean to say it's 1 of 1500 others or that it's #2 in a particular state is really stretching it to call something special. The fact that it's twin turbo is nothing that every other youtuber with a Lambo hasn't done repetitively.

I couldn't have chosen worse role models growing up and As a result I managed to destroy my life . Im sure your children know how lucky they are. Would you be interested in adopting a 61 year old? Your content is the highlight of my day. I wish I could have grown up around someone like you. ❤.
