  • Comment below the highest test weight y’all have seen for wheat!
  • Those were some beautiful fields you cut that day, Hayden. Thank you for the ride along. ❤️💋 - Hope
  • Your videos are very good…You probably should approach Dudes shoes for a sponsorship…The only farmer I know that wears Dudes while working…Lol…Keep up the good work…I’m impressed with you and your family
  • @michaelallen9604
We had a 63 in north central ks this year...dont ever remember a 65...did hit that on a pioneer # on corn once...3360 i think was ...went down bad too!...good luck on the rest of harvest Hayden!!
  • @mbailey12341
Southeast Iowa was good this year. 62-63# and a lot of 90-110 bushel yield. All that straw could be because they put on too much nitrogen. Nitrate creates excessive growth but that robs energy from the plant that could have been used to produce grain. It doesn’t have to be tall to yield good. 👍
  • can you imagine what that 65 field test wheat weight after cleaning for seed wheat
  • @johnjohnson65
Had some 64 lb winter wheat one time. Most generally 58-62
  • @georymartin
I had that problem and it was a bad cab relay
  • @steveneal2706

  • @cornbred9158
I’m in south central Nebraska and our irrigated wheat had a lot of straw too and was falling down from several bad storms. At 3mph the x9 was in the ketchup
  • @leefury7
Perhaps it being a wet spring helped with Nebraska wheat. Or as you mentioned concerning the straw, the variety. Funny, we don't hear from mom when she loses the light game. Has she given up? Where are the Texas flags? Not this year I guess.

because there is no wild bees because varroa would have wiped them out, most farmers around the world need to get bees in to pollinate canola, peas ,sunflower,, lupins, almonds etc, otherwise you may not get a harvestable crop.
  • Hi Hayden, I had a friend grow red spring wheat test weight as high as 68lbs/bushels. This is where I live in s.w. central Manitoba. This is no word of a lie .
