It actually flew? The thing finally actually flew! LET'S GO!
-
7:44:34 for T-10 seconds into the launch, wow man, thank you for being the part of the history Tim!
-
Wow, that shot of you guys looking at the rocket as it lifts off is legendary! Go SLS!
-
The way the commentator on NASA's stream fumbles saying "booster ignition" at T-0 portrays not just his excitement but all those who has and is working on this program and all the supporters and fellow spaceflight enthusiasts. This was truly awesome. Thank you so much Tim for hosting such an awesome launch and congratulations on a successful stream! Here's to many more :)
-
[8:29:10] Close-up of the thrusters in flight. Astonishing!
-
Despite lots of people doubting the sls, I always rooted for it and now seeing it finally lift of is so incredibly awesome
-
Your video quality was better than NASA's. Congrats on the good work, man.
-
Drove 10 hours to watch this beauty take off, and thankfully it did. The clouds cleared right around launch time and I was able to see it so clearly all the way up. First ever rocket launch and I got to say that is now a core memory.
-
Best footage and great commentary + all the info during the whole stream. I really think it's impressive for a guy who got into spacetech commentary just because he got his hands on an old flight suit to have reached this level of dedication. Even though he he has to say stuff like "wait, I'm learning" or "I can't wrap my head around that" he still somehow manages to communicate some super interesting topics in a really engaging way!
-
I can see many news outlets and even nasa wanting some of your slow mo shots. Awesome job Tim and the team.
-
“Pointy end up, flamey end down.” That pretty much describes my understanding of this. 😂 But your enthusiasm when it finally launched, paired with the stunning images was so contagious it gave me chills. Well done EDA!🎉
-
7:45:47 “Quiet here at Mission Control” Tim- “YES, YEEEEEEEEEESSSSSS, WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!” 🚀
-
I just missed it! So glad you guys were there to catch it! Thanks for the awesome coverage!
-
Easily the best launch footage on the internet and it isn't even close
-
Guys we have just witnessed history in the making! ❤️ 🌎🔁🌕
-
Thanks Tim. Your service to Space Nerds shall not go unnoticed
-
Tim, we absolutely love what you are doing. You are the space version of a storm chaser. It’s that same passion of setting up hoping to get that one launch. The freaking out and excitement when craziness kicks off and admiring the footage. We love that so much. You don’t get that with an official broadcast or stream - it’s all clinical. The footage you guys put out, the closeness of a small team and the in person experience makes what you do SO inspiring and exciting.
-
Tim's silhouette, fist raised, jubilant. Best part of the stream. 🚀
-
7:44:34 T-10 seconds Orange Rocket go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr baby
