The reclusive NONE return in 2023 with their fourth chapter, their longest and darkest work. “Inevitable” is the culmination of their musical legacy, evoking the signature depressive atmosphere that has struck listeners across the globe. Like the last stage of grief, “Inevitable” is a black, nihilistic acceptance… Surrendering to existential loss and failure, only to whisper a sigh of contempt before an apathetic march toward the inevitable end.

In the last 3 years I've lost my brother Randy Burkett of 43 years, my girlfriend of 10 years Kimberly Gaughan, my dear childhood friend Robert Bridwell of 40 years, my brother Ian Burkett of 43 years, my childhood friend Kenny Varner of 30 years. All from drugs, alcohol and sudden illness. All in their 40's. This music allows me to cope with life and the loss that comes with it unfortunately. RIP my friends and I'll see you one day again on the dark side.

Everything that begins reaches its inevitable end. After four full-length albums over the past 7 years, NONE have decided to put the project to rest. A big thank you to everyone who felt a connection to NONE's vision and supported its endevours. A message from the band: "We are announcing the closure of the NONE project. The reasoning is mutual but personal. We can, however, say that the fourth album "Inevitable" was always designed to be our terminal chapter, and this was an inspiring force behind many decisions on the album. Finally, we extend our deepest gratitude to Nic & Hypnotic Dirge for the unparalleled support and trust. Now we may find rest."
