sadness isn't beautiful, it hurts. yet here i am everyday listening to this album, i'm getting consumed by it. there should be no romantasizing of sadness or depression, but there should be help. the only thing i need. only too bad i cant wrap my head around looking for help, i tried. i tried. it didn't work, the opposite happened. now what to do... idk anymore. i think a lot about taking my life lately but i don't want to. i don't want to die, but certainly don't wanna live either. why am i here. i don't know. i'm lost. i'm sorry. seek help

I no longer suffer from depression thankfully (hang on people, you will make through it) but still listen to it periodically. One of the best DSBM albums ever !

im not even depressed and have never been. But this music speaks to me so much. Its just beautiful.

No other DSBM project comes close to Thy Light IMHO. Perfect balance of musicianship and atmosphere. Repetitive enough to draw you into the music but not enough to bore you and technically proficient enough to be impressive without killing the vibes.

the piano in the intro is fucking great, its like an extra dimension of beautiful! i dont feel the deppression like some others but i feel the beauty !!!

Hard to dislike this. Very good album. Now I noticed it was released in same year as Mgła Exercises in Futility - ordinary year for extraordinary albums.

In my last mourning is so fkn beautiful. makes me feel something again. This band is incredible powerful.
