    For anyone looking for ACTUAL BEGINNER'S YOGA on Youtube, I'm telling you, Yoga with Adriene is one of the best. A lot of channels say that they have beginner's yoga just to get more views, but Adriene is really good at including people of all levels.

  • I already joined yoga class.one word describes is all its the best!. I practice yoga for 1 hour a day everyday from 5 to 6 am. Trust me, yoga will change ur life for ever. As I'm preparing for a state level competitive exam, I needed inner peace mainly, so I joined yoga, but I'm enjoying all other benefits also. Join a yoga class nearby, get up!

    The benefits of yoga go far beyond simple weight loss. I urge everyone to try it and incorporate it into your weekly routine. I work in health care and we see a tremendous amount of benefit in people coping with illness. Well done wellcast on this presentation! : )
  • The thing is, I’ve never been a stressed out person, I’ve always been relaxed, and after I’ve been doing yoga for a few days, it’s just pushing that even further, plus I’ve gained balance. I’m not talking about the spiritual balance, but the “standing on one foot without falling over” kind of balance. Though the other form is slowly coming. Combining working out, yoga, and meditation is seriously the golden combo. Physical strength, yoga benefits, and a stable mind. What more could you ask for?

    I do this in the morning, and do simple meditation at night before bed, each for 10-20 minutes. I have noticed an impact on my mood, my health, and my breathing!   • Yoga helped my chronic pain and my depression/anxiety which came from my chronic pain. I do some every night before bed to calm me down. I also do i a 10 minute medication where I face the thoughts I try to ignore, and allow myself to let them go.
