whats scary is that this happens a lot.. I can't tell if a memory is a dream or not and sometimes it can be from just an hour ago. I can't trust my self anymore..

I started listening to this playlist two years ago when I was depressed(literally). Everything in my life was getting worse. Toxic friends, a family that doesn't take your thoughts seriously, self-esteem issues... I'm better now, but I don't think I can listen to this playlist again. It reminds me of the days when I was writhing in pain.

There's times where I just randomly get a random memory in my head that felt so real I forgot who I was for quite some time crying in my room confused of what's real or not.

As a kid, I use to tell my mom creepy things before being diagnosed with derealization; "mom why can I see myself behind me?" and "sometimes when I wake up I don't know if I really wake up and I have to scream in my dream for help but then I wake up my dog" Now as an almost adult I've have bought myself multiple things to keep me from thinking I'm asleep like a coffee mug that says "This isn't a dream you're awake" Thank you for this playlist!

It's weird, I hang out with my friends and have fun all day. I come home thinking about my day and my past then...it all feels so unreal like it happened so fast and everything seems like a distant memory, even today's. Nostalgia hits me hard and I wanna go back, remembering my past feels so...can't describe it, one feeling is sadness I can't explain the others. Then idk what happens, thoughts after thoughts and I end up having an existential crisis. I think I'll go crazy at this rate
