Girl when you cried i cried too ! when i was a little boy little mermaid was my favorite cartoon and i was singing all the time at school 'part of your world' and other boys were making fun of me and mocking me but i didnt care about them cuz all i wanted was to live my little mermaid dream , watching this trailer got me SO nostalgic i love EVERYTHING about it !! watching your joy and your tears make me think that if we have been in school together we would have been best friends and sing together "Part of your World" love from France ♥

I felt the same way watching the trailer! I had tears in my eyes hearing the reprise of Part Of Your World. I’ve watched that trailer more than ten times now and Halle is going to shine in this remake.

Ariel isn’t even my favorite (though I do love her, and Eric) and this trailer had me crying. It looks so good, every bit of the cast, and Halle is already iconic. Absolutely knocking it out of the park.

Honey, you just let those nostalgic tears flow down your cheeks. I was obsessed with the 1989 film too. My mother absolutely dreaded going to the video rental shop with me for about a year back then because if the movie was playing on the shop's TV's, I'd recite every line of dialogue and sing every lyric. And to make matters worse, I was a nine year-old BOY back then. HA! I feel ya, sister. I bawled like damn a baby watching this.
