Bread recipe ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour (120 grams)
Salt to taste
2.5 fluid ounces of water (80 milliliters)
1 tablespoon of oil
2 potatoes, weighing 7 ounces (200 grams)
Half an onion
1 garlic clove
A bit of hot red pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
Some coriander

Nice, it's like our Aalu paratha of India, but this is of Refined wheat flour. We make it of pure wheat flour. However, this looks yummy ๐

In northern India we call it aaloo ka parantha . We make it a wee bit more spicy and use wheat flour . This a a breakfast dish in most families and we eat it with curd and pickles (usually a mango pickle ) . ๐
