$126k+ is what they used to charge for a Kenworth truck...new
  • Sell cars at a reasonable price! In Europe, You get a basic ICE engine basic version for 12000, new, Do not buy the car You want, buy the car You can afford! Buying a 4*4, 2 tonnes truck and complaining about gas prices is hubris

You said it my friend, money talks, and B.S. walks! Mary Barra is completely clueless, and out of touch with the average GM customer! All these automaker C.E.O's really know nothing about what the affordability crisis is all about making 30-50 million a year! Thanks Mark, another awesome video, take care, cheers!

ALL OF THE AUTOS ARE NOW PRICING THEM SELF OUT OF THE MARKET!! The average man can’t afford this !!! SO SAD !!!

Supercar pricing for not supercar trucks. No thanks.
  • This is the same GM exec team who said people don’t want Apple Carplay in their vehicles.

When people can't afford them they can't sell them. What's hard to understand..
  • @brandan7761
I don't care so much about the power train right now, but I really care about a vehicle that i could actually afford.
  • @pauldunbar2186
Again, I Keep saying that if you want to sell more trucks. Get back to a basic truck. Let the average working person modify their own vehicles. Or just let them have a basic work truck with a standard transmission and windows and seats.

Hybrids are popular, especially in certain vehicles. Battery EVs look like they're dead in the water in the US.
  • Insurance companies will have the final say on EVs. If their customers can't afford the premiums, or the insurance companies refuse to insure them, there's nothing anyone can do about it.

Like the head of the Secret Service this CEO was just another incompetent DEI hire.
  • Silly prices for pickup! Market will force them back to normal whether they like it or not
  • @Twistedoff2
    I can't afford these trucks. I want a 4x4 1/2 ton with a V8. I DON'T want an electric anything.
  • @mikehurt3290
They got used to being able jack up the prices to luxury car levels cause of covid, making easy money and now theyre paying the price
  • @wrongthinker350
For $125,000 I can keep my 2012 ram 1 ton diesel running for the rest of my life.
  • That 2500 pickup is only $97000 USD before fees. That's all.
  • @survivalguyfyi5718
I spend about $400 a month in repairs for my 2006 Powerstroke. It's still more affordable than a new truck. Eventually it will be a new truck again. I'll keep driving it.
  • @stevehenderson2571
Percentage increase on sales is relative. People don’t want EV due to cost & range.
  • @trevorkunkel3586
We don't want your EV's anyway at $150,000 or just in general
