There is a bug with the taskbar/explorer.exe/start menu not working or freezing in Windows 11 after the recent update . This is a quick and easy solution to fix the issue.

CMD: reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\IrisService /f && shutdown -r -t 0
