Thank you, as a fellow Chris I can say that you have truly represented the Chris name in good light. Me and other officials at the CAA (Chris Appreciation Association) would like to award you with the title as MRC (Most Reliable Chris) of the year! Thank you for representing the Chris name with pride and helping others in the process.

It didn't work, things lit up on my tasbar but I couldn't press on them still
  • Why does this do it in the first place? This happens on 40% of all startups for me. It never happens once I'm up and running but if I shut down my system or reboot about 40% of the time the taskbar won't have any icons in it and the start button won't be usable. There has to be a long term fix because it shouldn't be thought of as a normal thing for this to happen that frequently.

it's just my start menu, not my entire taskbar. if my mouse hovers over it, the animation will show but if i click it, nothing shows (but if something does show it usually freezes on the last frame of the animation of the start menu sliding up)

Well. This actually did help. I had this problem somewhere on previous PC&operating systems and I forgot the way to do it. Thank you very much. Also, on my pc the "Windows Explorer" folder wasnt called like his, instead it was called Resource Management and was placed lower in the task manager katalog. The logo was like his though. GL.
