Little correction: animation is not a genre! It's a medium of art all in itself! A lot of people happen to make this mistake, but animation and live-action movies are distinct things with their own sub-categories and genres, despite both being cinema!

As an indie animator, I'm SO GLAD that you made animation a separate genre in this video. Animation sometimes isn't appreciated enough in these times and are just thrown to the side as "for kids." But when I saw you make animation a separate genre in this video, I was so glad that animation finally got represented. CLARIFICATION What I mean by animation not being appreciated enough, I'm talking about companies like Disney or Netflix, not people. Sorry for the misconception. Also yes, I do know that animation is a medium.
