(Unless It is really bad) You often comment that people who watch your channel complain your videos are too long or you use too much BUTTER. I watch your channel to learn not be entertained and you are a superb educator, teacher and entertainer. Your years of WISDOM and expertise is unsurpassed.   • Chef, I’m 58 years old. I’ve been eating fried chicken my whole life. As a kid, mom cooked it in her green Sunbeam covered electric skillet. When I left home, the only time I ate fried chicken was when I bought it from a restaurant and usually from one of those !QUACK! restaurants. But Ive been watching you now for a couple months and all I can say is THANK YOU for the education. As I said to someone yesterday, watching you, I haven’t learned recipes, I’ve learned technique. Tonight, I fried 2 chicken breasts (one for now, one for later). I butterflied the thick one perfectly, and triple-coated it and used every other tip you’ve taught us about how to make chicken. IT WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU. I’m this old and FINALLY feel like I have the tools to make delicious meals for myself. You, my friend, are AHMAZING. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge, humor and sweet spirit. I feel like I got free tuition to the best cooking school ever ❤️
