When Reynold is cooking the other contestants hear boss music.

He’s the kid that makes your class average rise by 80%

the judges don't even try to hide who's their favorite. reynold's is a genius.
  • @steamengine4263
He is that one kid whose projects are used as examples to other classes.
  • The chefs realising they're just the side characters to an anime where Reynolds's the mc.

When Reynold arrive late at school, teacher apologizes for being early

I love how the judges ran like kids when Reynold was blowing the sugar bubble!

The most consistent contestant I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t matter if he won or not, he is the one I will remember in any of the Masterchef competetitions

It's like in science fairs when all the kids make baking soda volcanoes and that one kid brings in a functional nuclear reactor.
  • I am Indonesian so I know that Reynold is using a technic to blow sugar that commonly used by street candy sellers in Indonesia. They even can even shape into other forms such as roaster, fish etc. When I was at elementary school, I used to watch the street candy sellers when they make it. It so mesmerizing. Sadly, these days, I could find them anymore so the technic is going to extinct

I love how in the American version, Christine just made a simple, beautiful apple pie while also being blind...and in this version, Reynold's is like "THAT'S NOT WORTHY. I must blow sugar bubbles and fill them with cinnamon parfait and add pretty purple flowers to make my apple pie more unique. BOOM. Its gorgeous. Of course he won. His dish was MUCH more unique than just chicken wings.

He definitely is one of the Top 10 overpowered anime characters
  • @stefevr
"I'm not a pastry chef" "I'm not patient enough" "I don't like cinnamon" "I don't like vegetables" Why is he a judge lol

The reason I love these cooking shows is because you get to see all of the contestants genuinely appreciative of each other. There's no hair-pulling, back-biting American reality TV antics. Obviously I love Reynold here, but his co-contestant with the wings was incredibly graceful and obviously talented as well. Great job to everybody here. (Two years late, but y'know, nothing dies on the internet.)
  • It's not feel like he's in competition, it's like he's doing his own show
  • I’ve never seen the other contestants watch their opponent with smiles and excitement like they do with this guy.

If I was a judge and saw that, I'd be like "Alright, everyone can leave, Reynold just won the whole competition."

You know a person is good if judges are running to see his art
