    麥總。容我再補充一下:香港的牛什牛腩粉麵店,它的牛什牛腩和湯底是不辣的。但是餐枱上備有瓶裝辣椒油,顧客悉隨尊便。

    麥總,我是香港人,我看你的視頻有兩年多了,別的不另贅。香港擺地攤的小販賣牛什,牛什是一大件的,顧客要什麼(牛肝、牛肺、牛腸、牛肚、牛柏葉、牛膀⋯總之就是牛下水)攤販就用剪刀剪好,用竹籤串起交顧客食用。至於價錢賣方沒低價,(不過要拾元以上)全憑顧客食量而定。現在香港沒有攤販在街頭擺攤了,想食牛什、牛腩要到粉麵店食。至於牛腩羅卜,只有去另外專做《清湯牛腩》的食店 享用。
