Snowboarding, Failure, and Anxiety

I tried to make a video of this trip to Park City, Utah. I didn't film much, the video doesn't tell much of a story. However, what I did do on the trip was have a flare of anxiety and I wanted to talk about that instead.

So, I did.

I'm working on trying to be a bit more vulnerable, transparent, and authentic, and this video is a very active step in that direction. Thanks for watching.

    Also your pieces on anxiety have been really brave and awesome and helped me with my own anxiety recently. It is simply the suckiest thing because finding a way out seems like a mountain to climb sometimes but I've found that being open with people lately has helped me address it. Keep the faith brother <3
