Sky News & BBC ignore THE TRUTH

Watching this lovely country going down the plug hole is heartbreaking.

I honestly don't know who is running sky or the bbc I'm English and I don't feel at all connected to any of these biased news channels they have altered beyond belief so anti English in my opinion.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, illegal immigration.

Obviously all these newly arrived doctors, lawyers and engineers need to know what time to wake up for work in the morning.

I find Sky and the BBC news totally bleached on their reporting these days and cannot watch!

The fear of anybody to publicly talk about the elephant in the room is sheer cowardice!

I have come to the conclusion that a large slice of the establishment have a vested interest in there being a healthy crime rate, from the Lord Chancellor down.

If the news is fake just imagine how fake our history is 🤣

Have to move on with the times as stealing watches became an industry for poor and uneployed. If you go to a restaurant with an expensive watch the waiter will call his friends for 500 Euro and you will be robed when exiting the restaurant. Welcome to the new reality and social changes.

I have family that live in Manchester. The thing I see most every time visit is the apathy and poverty. Graffiti is everywhere and crime doesn’t seem to be a priority. It’s the same here in the U.S. Some cities are worse than others. Watch crime isn’t taken seriously as if it’s too much trouble. Take the incident report, get a copy for the insurance company, buy another watch. There’s places in London that I wouldn’t pull my phone out let alone wear any kind of watch.

These undercover operations are ultimately going to be a waste of time and money because as you said, the courts will just give anyone arrested as a result a slap on the wrist if they take any action at all.

Any body that pays their tv tax is just contributing to the problem.

We haven't had investigative journalism in this country for years. We have "news" presenters, who have to have an opinion and broadcast their own agenda.

I own 2 Rolex watches..... I worked hard in my own business for many years to afford them, along with numerous other expensive watches as I have a bit of a watch fetish. The fact that ignorant scumbags think they have the right to try stealing them does not mean I will not wear them. To hell with that, I worked hard to afford them and nobody is going to make me put them in a safe.

Stealing a watch worth 70k 6 months suspended, Stealing 70k cash from someone comming out of bank. 10 years jail, !!!!

We have our politicians to blame for this. Make them pay the insurance compensations out of their own pockets!

I'm from Scotland. Only ever been to London 5 times in my life- one was for a concert so it was there and straight back, 2 were for flights so again there and back. But the 2 times I actually went to Lomdon as tourist, I was mugged both times. One was particularly terrifying as it was dark and I had a knife out to my side and was forced to put my PIN into the ATM so the person could take all available funds. Police were interested until I gave descriptions of the person, palmed off with the whole 'London is a massive place' nonsense despite the fact I told them the ATM CCTV would show a clear photo. That massive elephant in the room must be ignored at all times, can only imagine the frustration of people that actually live there.
