Approximately two years ago, tons of Gen-Z workers made headlines by "quiet quitting" their jobs, doing the bare minimum required to get by.

Now, members of Gen-Z are applying the same concept to their friendships and relationships.

Personal growth strategist and author Florence Ann Romano joined ARC co-anchors Steve McCarron and Tyrah Majors to talk about how Gen-Z is reevaluating their relationships and "quiet quitting" relationships they no longer want to be part of.

Since the official end of Covid I have worked at two companies and quit when it became obvious that the management was soft striking the company and using new hires to do it. For anyone currently in the job market, ask at the interview stage if they have had trouble finding employees. If their answer is "nobody wants to work" get up and leave. This seams to be the catch phrase used by many of these striking middle management. Makes sense they are doing at home also.

I love Gen-Z so much. Good for you for living consciously as if a person's life is better lived that way.

GEN-Z should reavaluate everything taught to them by every liberal teacher / professor in the history of their lives. Work hard and the world will deliver for you. If Gen-z thinks they are owed anything they are sadly mistaken.
  • It's a mouse utopia and they can't admit it even though they are all dedicated evolutionists lol.
