About Made by You and I

I'm American but I live in Japan. My friends call me 'ct' (short for 'Steven' -- long story), so feel free to do the same. :)

I started this channel during the pandemic to learn something new while practicing the things I love, cooking and photography. I aim to make relaxing cooking videos that focus on the food and preparation with a little story added in. This means I don't plan to feature myself in the videos, but focus on the food and preparation.

I'm also keen to make friends -- one of the great opportunities in having this channel is being able to interact with people, so please comment, I'm pretty chatty. :). (And if you look in the comment section, you'll this is very true.). :)
