I'm a 46yr old manc, I grew up with The Smiths, was there for the roses n mondays, then acid house. Foals are as important to me as those times.

I cannot easily express in words what Sunday represents for me. The drop is basically how it feels to come back to life after depression. Reminds me of my time alone in Spain. My relationship was almost over, I was totally isolated and with no clear future. Then I went back, solved my problems and now I'm happily married and studying abroad, far from my wife again but more resilient than ever. Thank you Foals.

It's ridiculously nice to have this many beautiful songs on one album.

This album drove me crazy. Inspires me, motivates me and reminds me who I am. Im a guitarist, i have tourette syndrome. The last album that gave me so much was from green day -american idiot and a lot of Green day and Foals songs. Sometimes I get down, but there is one thing i've learned so far, which is really important. You can count on yourself. And you have to, because you are the only one who's never gonna let yourself down. We all get down, but we can be all strong, if we stand up and do 110% of that thing that seems to be difficult. Easy to say, but hard to keep it true. This is life. Thank you Foals, you are amazing talented musicians. I don't always get the meanings of the songs, but I think they mean what they need to mean. (If you get what i mean) I need to forget my toxic relationships and failures to move on. By writing this I've shared a big part of my life. In reality, we all do it in some ways. Music is one of the best ways... <3 keep this real!

My 17yo g/daughter asked me to take her shopping today. I'm seriously ill BUT we must never let them see us struggling. 1st stop HMV. Immediately paid attention to the music, so found out who it was and what was the album. "Life is Yours" is now added to my v old, but well kept collection. Sorry I've just found you but knew I was listening to something great 💐

How can an album be of such good quality, all tracks are incredible and the transitions are so smooooth, I listened it in one shot without being even tired of it!
