I rarely feel this bad for characters in shows or books I see but Izuku's been through so much. Bullying in middle school, being let down by his mum and All Might when they learnt he was quirkless, being born quirkless, carrying the weight of expectation and responsibility of OFA on his shoulders alone, having the only power to defeat Shigaraki and AFO and needing to do kill Shigaraki in the process. Most people forget that Izuku's ONLY 17 years old. He's still a child, he can't carry all that on his own, especially after finishing the recent manga chapters. Sometimes I just want to crawl into the manga/anime and help Izuku reduce the burden of his responsibilities. He has his friends, yes, but he's still shouldering everything and it pains me for him.
  • Bakugou is probably in one of those dislikes cause this playlist kinda guilt tripping him LMAO
  • heres a short pov :- ] It was slow. unnoticeable, one might say. The way his eyes grew sharper and his movements nimble. The way he’d flinch at every hand on his shoulder and the way he forced himself to stay still and not react. It was slow until the day it wasn’t. And even then it went unnoticed, even when there were two empty seats in class that not even the teacher put thought into. The teacher that cooed over his other students and called parents with worry whenever one wouldn’t turn up to class. You were quirkless. Always and forever. And you were going to become a hero, a great one, the best one, number one. Until, stumbling up your driveway with red eyes and red knees was Izuku Midoriya. And then you knew how corrupt and biased your world was and you knew being a hero wasn’t worth the backlash it would bring (“who let a quirkless here?” “you’re just creating more trouble for the real heroes.” you could already hear). So, instead you pulled the boy to his feet and told him that All Might was right, no quirkless could ever be a hero, not now, probably not ever. Hell, you couldn’t even be proper vigilantes, but who cares about how correct a title was? So silently you trained, you grew and learnt, you became someone you might’ve looked up to not even a year ago. And you disappeared, dead, according to the police. A tragic house fire killed both Izuku and his mother not even a week later, and with the evidence gone the three of you got to work, because you had lives to save, because so-called heroes thought some jobs were too unglamorous and too out of the spotlight for their taste. Luckily, you were no hero. And luckily, you weren’t one to overlook. So when you saw sharp eyes and nimble maneuvers, you couldn’t help but hide a toothy grin behind your hand, because you were ready, ready to become a hero like you had always dreamed, or well… close enough, right? yeah. close enough.
  • You stare blankly at Izuku. He stares back, an apprehensive stretching across his features. "Well?" He asks after a moment of silence. "Izuku, you're proposing we /break/ the /law/." Your lips curve around the sentence, bafflement and shock mixing in your veins. He scoffs. "It's for a good reason. We're doing it to save people- and besides, we're Quirkless. We're Quirkless foster kids that nobody cares about. We're destined to a life of drudgery- and besides, don't you want to be a hero? I know I do, and we're barred from any hero course as Quirkless people." The words were spat out as though a bitter poison falling from his tongue. You angrily rub your eyes. "Fuck, Izuku. Give me- give me a moment." You stare blankly at the floor for a moment, before abruptly turning your head up and locking eyes with him. "To hell with it- sure. Sure, Izuku." A hysterical laugh bubbles up. "Sure. Besides- is it even vigilantism? Vigilantism is illegally using your Quirk to carry out the job of a hero without a license. We don't have Quirks- this is perfectly legal." He barks out a small laugh at that, before staring back into your eyes with a reluctantly hopeful expression- almost as though he's afraid to hope that you had said yes. "... are you sure? It's gonna be really dangerous." Slowly, you reach over to him and grab his hand, wrapping your fingers around his with a small, nervous smile splaying itself across your face. "C'mon, Izu. Ride or die, y'know? Fuck it. You want to be vigilantes together, let's be vigilantes together. It's not like we haven't done dangerous shit together in the past." After a long moment of silence, you let a mischievous smirk sneak its way onto your face. "What's gonna be your vigilante name anyways? All Might Junior? Small Might?" He squawks in offense. "Hey-" He shrieks, and achingly genuine laughter bubbles up your throat at his annoyed expression. Fuck the world. You and Izuku were going to shape the future together, and nothing could get in the way. Nothing.
  • POV: You were so done. You were so done with losing the ones you love and care about repeatedly. Having to travel through time so many times now, you were so done with it. You just wanted to change everything. You just wanted to save every one of the people you love and care about. But.... seeing Midoriya giving up as well... it broke you. The once bright boy you knew, was gone. The once bright boy, who wanted to save people with a smile just like All Might, was now gone. And you blame yourself for it, because if things had just gone right, then maybe this wouldn't have happened. Midoriya wouldn't have had to give up like this. He wouldn't have had to suffer the harsh reality of being a hero, and of this world. ~~~~|~~~~|~~~~|~~~~|~~~~|~~~~ Short POV cuz this was only what I had in mind-
  • I listened to this on the bus because I'm on it for a little over a hour going and coming back from school. I love these songs and some of them I forgot about like "Undo" and "Pretending". I cried during some of the Songs because they are to relatable. I'm glad I sat next to no one.
  • POV: you find Izuku after searching for him for about 30 minutes. "The place where we met, huh?" You sit beside him on the rooftop "Yeah, this is the only okay hiding place I know..I was also thinking of you so..- yeah" He looks at you with a calm, but tired face. Then looks back over the city. "Please do not tell anyone you found me..please." "You know I won't, Broccoli Boy" You hug him, and then pull out a mysterious bag "What's this?" "I made this little thing of food, water, extra clothes for in case I had found you..enjoy!" "Oh my! This- this is wonderful!" He begins to tear up as he looks at you with those tired emerald eyes You have red hues begin to develop around your eyes as you tear up as well You then begin to realize how cruel this society, you hug Izuku "Let me come with you.." "I can't!" "Why?!" "9:05-9:17" "I understand, but you need at least a bit of help izuku!" "Look, I'm sorry to say this Y/N because you are so dear to me..." "What?" "You would get in the way..I can't risk you getting hurt! Please don't take it the wrong with him!" You look at him in shock at first, but then you realize what he is trying to say, then you look at him with a calm face. "I know what you're trying to say, Izuku, but you are only getting in the way of yourself! You need at least some help, you can by all means do this alone!" He looks at you once more then back over the city and stands up. "I'm sorry Y/N..." "WAIT!" He jumps away You realize that you won't be able to get him back now You begin to think (11:48-12:11) "Izuku...I am going to break my promise to you but.. I need to.." You call Bakugou and tell him the situation "YOU FOUND HIM?!" "Yes. I did.. and I am going with him, goodbye" "YOU BETTER NOT YOU IDI-" You hang up "Now, I have to find him" You then jump down from the building, thanks to your quirk you land safely and then you begin to run off to find him ~(|The End|)~
  • She'd been on a walk to get some fresh air, despite the drastic rise in villain activity recently. Perhaps it had been a mistake, looking back on it, but she'd been cooped up in her apartment for weeks; she was an introvert, yes, but she still liked going outside every now and then. She still wanted to walk around, get some exercise in... Exercise that wasn't self-teaching herself k-pop dance routines. But regardless of her desires... ...perhaps it hadn't been a good idea at all. She'd just been walking along the street, trying to keep a low profile while still enjoying the change of scenery, until– –until a whole-ass bus was hurtling in her direction. Before her life could flash before her eyes, she was grabbed by something and whipped through the air faster than her brain could register, releasing her on a rooftop. Her heart pounded, jumping wildly out of her chest as her breath quickened immensely. A shadow blocked out the miniscule rays of sunlight as someone crouched in front of her. "You okay?" The person solemnly voiced in questioned, and she warily tilted her head upwards. The person was wearing a mask that looked on the verge of falling apart, almost completely shredded and frayed around the edges, a bright yellow scarf wrapped around their neck and tattered green suit in similar condition. She wasn't sure whether she should thank the person or scream for help. Though, she truly doubted no one would come, even if she did. The heroes had bigger fish to fry, with how quickly things had gone downhill lately; so, she settled for the former. "Tha... Thank you?" She managed to get out, sounding confused herself. There was a short moment of silence, and then the person awkwardly scratched their head. "...uh, you're welcome? Does that mean you're okay? No injuries?" "Oh! Um, no, just a little whiplash, I think..." she confirmed, looking away awkwardly in turn. "...that's good. You should head home, it's dangerous to be out." "...okay," she numbly agreed, still a bit out of it as she came to terms with the fact that she could've died right then. "Do you live nearby?" "J-Just down the street..." "Alright. I'll take you, if you like. Are you okay with that?" She nodded quickly, a bit scared to even exist outside at the moment. "If it's not too much trouble, that would be amazing." With a firm nod of their own, the person offered her their hand, and she took it, allowing him to pull her up and take her to the edge of the building. "Apartment complex?" They asked, wrapping a firm arm around her waist. Wow. Well, she could most certainly tell that her mysterious savior was a man now, the muscle definition of his chest and arm were positively godly; was he a bodybuilder or something? 'No, you idiot, most heroes and vigilantes are muscular. How else do you think they do all that fancy parkour and shit?' Shutting her intrusive thoughts to the back of her mind, she carefully answered his question. "Uh, the one at the corner of 52nd?" He straightened his tattered mask, and seemed to look ahead. "You're gonna wanna hold on." The girl awkwardly placed her hands on his shoulders, and there was a moment of silence. He turned his head in her direction, and she could definitely feel his eyes burning into her in an "are you serious?" kind of way. She tightly wound her arms around his neck in response, paling almost completely at the weirdness of the situation; never in her life did she think she'd be in this type of setting. "Hold on, and don't let go." "Of course I'm not gonna let g–" Before she could finish her situation, she was traveling through the air incredibly quickly, hair whipping around as she squeezed her eyes shut as tight as possible while almost strangling the man out of fear. Luckily they arrived at her building before she could vomit over his shoulder, and she dizzily tried to regain control of her stomach, teetering dangerously. "How far down?" "Th-thirteenth floor," she choked out, the question almost striking fear into her at the thought of doing whatever he'd just done once again. As if noticing this fact, he extended his hand, letting a dark and faintly glowing sort of rope whip out and wrap around the flagpole, before carefully lowering the both of them to the thirteenth level. "Which one?" She looked down the row of balconies, and pointed at one nearer to the middle. "The one with the porch swing," she managed to get out, doing her utmost not to look down. Her head was still spinning just from the trip here. He maneuvered them over with ease, using the railing of each balcony as a stepping stone until he reached the one she'd said. Upon setting her down, she let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you, this is the right one," she wearily thanked him once again, still feeling as if she'd lost ten years of her lifespan. "...no problem," he replied rather quietly, and disappeared just as noiselessly in the mere blink of an eye, making her wonder if she had just dreamed everything that had just happened. Maybe she would wake up in her bed the next morning and find out she'd never even left her home. If that was the case, she would take this memory to heart and never leave again; she'd rather just stay home at this point. 'I need to wind down... Maybe some drawing time will do the trick,' she thought to herself, entering the apartment and plopping down on her couch with a sigh, reaching into the side cubby where her sketchbook was supposed to go only to find nothing. She paused. Where had she put it, if it wasn't where it was supposed to go–? As if struck by lightning, she instantly remembered having taken it out and put it in her pencil case to take with when she'd left. She didn't have it with her when she was on the roof, so she must have dropped it when the person had used his quirk to pull her out of the way... "Well, that sucks. Now it's gone..." she muttered, feeling a bit irked. She had other empty sketchbooks set aside, but what made her angry was that it wasn't even close to being half-filled... What a waste of paper. For the rest of the day, she read, sketched, and finished the guidelines for her webtoon to pass the time, making herself a cup of tea and winding down on the couch while a movie played on her laptop. Apparently she'd fallen asleep somewhere along the way, because she'd been roused so abruptly that she felt off the couch with a yell. Her eyes instantly darted to her balcony, the sudden pounding on the glass ceasing sooner than it had begun. Tiredly walking over to the sliding door, she poked her head out with a squint, shivering slightly at the chill of the night air. As she looked around, she found she saw nothing of note, until she looked down- and lo and behold, there was her supposedly lost book and pencils. Her brows furrowed in confusion as she crouched down to pick them up, noting that they were seemingly unharmed, aside from a bit of dirt and dust on the bag. '...hm.' With an air of suspicion, she took one last look around, and retreated into her home once more to head to bed. Unbeknownst to the young woman, the unmasked vigilante had watched her pick up her lost bag with a faint smile... ...he almost wished he could go back to the days he'd been that normal.

  • “Broke all my bones the day I found you” I’m sure you did Deku but nooo get some food and rest plz, like poor deku
  • I had been given a quirk by All for One. The one he gave me extremely powerful, and like a second one for all. It could increase my physical abilities many times. I also had my crystals quirk that I'd always had. It had gotten immensely powerful as well. However, I have now completely turned on him. He didn't put a trap on mine because back then I had the full heart a villain. Hated the pros with everything I had. Then I met izuku who opened my eyes. Now we were leaving yuuei together. I had changed my name, hair, everything to hide it was me from all for one. But he found out, and now it was too dangerous to stay at yuuei. So me and Izuku were now running together. I walked up to izuku and said "I'm ready." And we both looked back at yuuei and thought "I'm sorry... Goodbye yuuei..." Part 2?

POV TIME!!!! Pairing: Vigilante! Deku x UA Student! Gender Neutral! Reader Warning: Manga Spoiler (285, 306, 320-322) Strong language, Confession through letter, confessing to an unconscious person, Midoriya leaving UA, wounds, argument. Genre: Angst with Fluff ending Word Count: 716 Words . You sat next to Izuku’s bed. Yeah, you’re just awake in a hospital, your feet got stabbed by Shigaraki, Bakugou’s stomach is worser than your condition, so no worries. But you got some bullet and shattered glasses in your body, well that’s what Uraraka said. You just remember that Bakugou, even after he got stabbed by Shigaraki, he still can fight for 10 minutes, and telling you all about his Hero name. You only remember that your element manipulation quirk is started to become weaker, and then you fall from the sky, head hitting the ground, so yeah, that’s why you’re wearing bandages on your head. You stared at Izuku’s unconscious body, the kid you always admire since you first met, your crush. The boy, that fight with all his power, until his condition become this sickening. You’ve yelled at Bakugou recently, because he tried to get into Izuku’s room, good intention, but with bad way. Tears rolling down your eyes, just… Why? “I got this power from someone” Izuku said. Someone? “You’re next” All Might pointed to the screen. This isn’t for villains, Izuku, why’d he crying? “All Might loses his quirk at that battle eheh” Izuku chuckled suspiciously. I get it now. Izuku got his quirk from All Might. “Y/N. I know you’re thinking the same thing as me, let’s just ask him after the provisional license exam” Bakugou clenched his fist. “I didn’t tell you because this is a grave secret!” Izuku shouted to you. “Izuku, I know you can’t hear me now, but if your soul can, don’t blame yourself for spilling this grave secret, and I love you, I love you so much! Please survive! Please!” I cried, hard. “H/N, you have to rest, so you can leave this hospital sooner” your doctor gets in. . “Big news everyone! Midoriya left me a letter at the door!” Mineta shouted. I take my letter, my jaw dropped, my legs felt weaken. Dear Y/N Thank you for everything, I’m feeling that I shouldn’t be keeping secret from 1-A, so I tell them about my quirk’s truth. And I heard your confession, I love you too, but we can’t be together until this all over -Love, Izuku Midoriya “Shit, no, no…” I fell to the sofa. “Shh, it’s okay Y/N” Jirou hugged me. “We’re all noticed that you two have a special feeling for each other” Bakugou said bitterly, oh he likes you so much, but he won’t steal you from Izuku after all mean things he already did to him. “I know… I’m just that oblivious huh?” Tears keep rolling down your eyes. “Cry all you want, go on, after you done, we can all talk about this, okay?” Jirou puts your head on her shoulder. “I thought… I just thought that we build a dynasty that forever couldn’t break up” I cried so much. . “I know Kacchan, but this is dangerous, so please leave me!” Izuku still on his mind. “Izuku, are you dense or something?” You stomped to Izuku. “You’re only a human! Listen to Bakugou! He’s right! Never thinks for winning alone! Even though I admire you from your passion for being a hero, I’ll change my mind that you’re a monster from hell for us no matter how many person you save! Do you really trying to make us safe physically but suffers mentally?!” You grip Izuku’s collar, His tired eyes just making you wanted to comfort him but not now. “I understand that you hate me but—” “I’VE NEVER HATED YOU! YOU DUMB BITCH, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, IT’S TRUE! I WANTED TO BE YOU AND DO WHAT YOU DO!” You gritted your teeth, and released your grip from Izuku, and turns your back from him. “It’s up to you, but our relationship depends on your choice” You glared and walked to your classmates. Izuku jumped to you, hugging your hips. “It’s okay, our Dynasty is Unbreakable” He muttered. And you find that he’s already passed out. “I’m glad you choose to stay with us” You smiled.
