The book is excellent with clear and precise step by step instructions both written and in picture, videos form youtube.com/post/UgkxcZqgZ8Ynkiz5n_LxIWRlAicuzmz5k… I like the the fact that it has a section dealing with different woods and their characteristics, as well as tools and projects. Well worth the money.

You are a woodworking poet. I appreciate all your videos.
  • @baringozi2214
The woodworking, blacksmithing, glassblowing, metal casting and restoration communities are by far the most relaxing content on this site.

This is the first video I’ve seen from you guys and I’m in love. I usually watch woodworking videos to fall asleep, i sleepily clicked this from my suggested and it’s now 3am and I’m wide awake. This video is a captivating blend of poetry, art, humor, and goofs. Can’t wait to see more, I’m sold, never subscribed to a channel this fast

The way you framed the video with "The more things change the more they stay the same" was pure genius!
  • @foos.998
Another masterpiece. I think it’s fine Shawn is going back to his own channel. It’s like having a band, and sometimes you want to go cut a solo album, but you’re still a band when you want to be.
  • I absolutely love the angles in your furniture, they just look so good! Also it makes me laugh thinking that in 50+ years time an ‘expert’ on the antiques roadshow (British program) is going to joyfully tell someone “this is a wonderful example of a Foureyes original” hehehe
  • Separately, you guys did some incredible work. Together, you did some incredible work. As you said, the more things change, the more they stay the same. And I completely appreciate how good you both are, together or apart. All the love, brothers. You do daily what so many of us wish we could do even just once

In love with this vintage styled modern desk

Loved the ode to Shaun, his early stuff got me into woodworking and is a large driver in what pushed me to become a cabinet maker. You guys were great together and it made me equally emotional to hear that you had to split up, and hearing his old outro jam with the exceptional lay. Wish both of you so much success in the future 💕
  • @AnthonyBowman
Bummed that you guys won't be doing as much together video wise even though you're still working together and sharing the shop but totes understand the reasoning. I loved Shaun's channel too (you guys are easily my favorite woodworkers), so I'm glad we'll be getting videos from you both still.
  • Out of all the wood working channels I watch, there’s just something different about your work. The design, the angles, the commentary etc… Everything you do is truly a work of art and I love it. I’ve seen the previous L-shape desk you’ve made and I regret getting the desk I have now because I would love to have a desk like this! Keep up the great work! ❤
  • That is such a stunning desk, I can’t wait to one day be able to afford a piece of furniture made by you
  • i was worried until i saw the union fours. Thanks Foureyes Furniture you're the best.
  • @ApathyZone
Everything about your channel is just wonderful. Thank you so much for the content.
  • @mikehud22
People that hate on overs for now reason don't deserve your attention, you are doign an amazing job.
  • Man, teared up a little bit watching this video. Great homage to your friend as well. So well put together. Can only imagine the time and effort that went into this single video, from building on down to scripting and editing. One of your best.
