As a licensed real estate agent w/ mortgage experience I was going back and forth between targeting real estate professionals and woman-lead eCommerce brands (as I'd like to start my own ecom biz)... As an investor, I'm super passionate about RE... as an agent not so much, HOWEVER, I do know their pain points and have an existing network.
