Buck is definitely a 40’s music/Marvin Gaye kinda guy, but this has big Bucky energy and that’s what we really came for 😌

Starting off with supermassive black hole is a smart choice

You curled into the heap of blankets you had created. Bucky’s phone was resting in your lap as you placed your earbuds into your ears. You entered his password and quickly found his music. It was both surprising and not so when the tunes sang their melodies. Most were thoughtful or sad, but some had a hope to them. You recognized the majority of them and let the familiarity lull you into calm. You laid your head back into the pillows, eyes closing and breath slowing until you felt the bed shift with a new weight. “And what do you think you're doing?” Bucky smiled, it was reserved but refreshingly playful. “Getting to know you, why?” You answered, turning down the music enough to hear him. Bucky hummed, positioning himself closer, “I’d say you know me pretty well, darling.” You shrugged, fidgeting with his metal pop-socket. “You don’t mind?” Bucky inhaled in thought, before shaking his head. “No, I don’t. What’s mine is yours, Doll.” You smile and lean into him, lifting your face for a kiss which he happily gives. It’s sweet and slow, and during so he pulls one earbud from you and places it in his ear, smiling at the song playing. You opened a spot in your cocoon for him, to which he gave you a look, “I’ll overheat in that.” You laughed, “Humor me, Buck?” He kissed you again before crawling in and allowing you to lay on his chest. His metal hand rested on your waist while his right was curled up behind a pillow. You took the opportunity to speak, “Never took you for a Halsey guy.” Bucky laughed, charmingly off guard. “What do you want me to say? I like beautiful people.” (Hope you liked my mini-story! I loved the playlist so much a had to write something, even if I am late to the party!)

I was listening to a playlist called "pov: you're slow dancing the rain with Bucky Barnes in the 4o's" and then this one started and suddenly I'm in twilght

I feel like Bucky would love Salute Your Solution. Like just imagine him fighting people with headphones in, trying to time his hits and stuff to the beat. That’d be sick

“Where’s Bucky?” Tony asked. He looked at you. You shrugged your shoulders, arms crossed and blew a bubble in your gum. “Weren’t you just with him? 🤨 “ Loki asked. “Uh, yeah, but he just went ‘poof’ and was gone.” You said. “Hey doll.” You turned around to see Bucky walking in. He kissed you on the head and looked at Tony. “Sorry for being late man, I was busy.” He looked at you but you didn’t make eye contact. Loki looked at you closely, and you already knew Wanda was reading your mind. “God dammit Tony just leave him alone.” You got up and started walking towards the door. “Where you goin doll?” Bucky asked. “To listen to music, you guys are tiring.” You snuck into Bucky’s room and grabbed his Walkman, and put in your headphones. You listened to his music until it was quiet downstairs.
