As an elementary school music teacher, I utilize MEDITATIVE MIND videos every day to provide a peaceful atmosphere in the classroom. We start and end each class with one 1 minute of these videos as students focus on breathing and mindfulness.

Locked out of my apartment wandering the streets, listening to this, finding odd serenity in being locked out. Kind of relaxing to be honest with you, sharing this thoughts with you, all though i find it disturbing that none of my 30 neighbour's wanted to open the door for me, we have beacome so disconnected with one another, so selfish and self centered not wanting to help anyone but ourselves kind of sad, and so scared everyone is just shivering in fear. Dunno i hope we grow out of this as a species.

You walk through a forest, you can hear a slight sound of running water. You run your hands across the grass feeling it’s softness, you can hear the faint sounds of animals as you slowly step through this magical place. You see something radiating a slight glow of gold. You continue to walk closer to it until you see it in view, It looks like a patch of golden hearts. Your unsure about what they are or where they cam from. You walk over to them and sit down to watch them, the grass glistens in the light of the mysterious heart shaped plant. You slowly reach your hand out and touch one running your hand up it to the heart part. It feels amazingly soft you can’t seem to describe it. You stand up and touch the tallest center one. It’s beautiful. You grab the stem and pick the strange plant. That’s only where it begins.
