Methylene Blue is exciting for the reasons mentioned, but the data is lacking. If you have had personal experiences using it, I'd like to hear your experience.

I've never been a fan of blue, so I just take the Meth part. Really boosts my energy

I learned of MB through this video and went down the rabbit hole. I got really sick a few years ago and have dealt with symptoms (pain, brain fog, etc) since. I've tried many different supplememts to varrying effect but nothing ever took my symptoms away. I figured, what the hell do i got to lose and ordered some of this a few days ago. Oh my god... I have never felt more profound relief in my life. Literally EVERYTHING went away within just a couple hours. This is just my anecdote, but wow has this been a god send. Thank you for putting me on to this stuff.

In the 80's in Romania, when we were little and got sore throats mom painted us with MB in the throat on the mangles. The bottle of MB was bought at the pharmacy as medicine as the first step against sore throat in case of colds.

In our neck of the woods, when I was a small child - 40 years ago, Eastern Europe - the doctors used it against throat infections.

For anyone who wants to use it only use USP or Medical Grade one without Heavy Metals

Within three days of starting meth blue, I had significant improvement in my very, very long covid.

When I was a kid I kept tropical fish as a hobby. Methylene Blue was ofren used as a sort of cure all for fish diseases. This was 50 years ago, so apparently at least some people knew about it before now.

I am takeing mb for two months now. My athletic performance has significantly improved. Much more than with creatine or any other supplement.

I didn’t read every comment here but from here and others that talked about it. I don’t see one negative comment about MB.

My father a physician would have us put a little methylene blue on mouth ulcers. They healed quickly.

My experience was the first time I took it was before bed. 10 drops in 250ml of water. I slept well but when I woke up I felt very in control of getting up at any time I wished. I normally set my alarm on snooze but didnt feel like I needed to as I was tired but somehow alert. I noticed a couple other things. I dont normally think about it but I woke up with a sense of smell. I could smell and hear things I don't normally notice on my waking up and walk commute. Was very interesting.

for one of the oldest compounds ever, dont you find it kind of curious that "we dont have enough research on it"? i bet if we dont have it at this point, then we never will, theres just no incentive to research a drug that is un-patentable, so it will be forever ignored by research from here on in favor of new patented drugs

My cat is named Cheeseburger and when you said "Cheeseburgers!" she looked up from her paw grooming

Been using MB for a few months with my wife, it helps a lot in dealing with stress and ptsr. I'm using 10 drops per day deluted in water, with taurine. It starts working within 5-10 minutes. At some point I thought to substitute bulletproof coffee with MB, but ended up doing both =) Some people suggest doing MB interveinly, but I'm not apt for it yet. I've noticed that I can run like in my childhood, without any thought of getting tired at least for some time (I'm around 40yo). But you'd better be careful, sudden bursts in stamina could be tricky - I've hurt my legs, and it took me 2 weeks to recover.

If it's good enough to bathe my goldfish in, then its good enough for me to drink a gallon

At 71,definitely think it is worth taking...anything that improves redox in the electron transport chain gets my vote.I take 15 mg every other day (having experimented with several dosing strategies).Helps with sustainable energy all day long and a feeling of resilience (yes, resilience is such a nebulous term - but best fit).

I started taking MB in capsule form. I've noticed that it seems to give me sustained energy and motivation late in the day. I like coffee, but it gives me an afternoon crash. MB seems to come on slower, but helps me to be much more productive in the afternoon and evening. Sometimes it seems like too much energy, like I might be inclined to work late and not sleep as much.

I'm 60 and I started taking 2 drops in a glass of OJ in the morning a month ago and it felt like my brain fog was lifting, my memory recall for words definitely improved somewhat. I switched to taking it before I go to bed and my broken sleep has completely stopped. For the last week, I have slept right through until morning, something that hasn't happened in years. (I can usually get the odd night in without waking up once, but a whole week in a row was unheard of.) I ordered the MB skin products and have been using them for a week - yesterday I had 2 people comment on how good my skin is looking but that could be because I'm also getting proper sleep now. (I've read that when you mix it with OJ it stops staining your teeth blue. So far, so good. Note: I have been taking Vit C every day for the past 3 years, so it's not the Vit C in the OJ.)
