  • I take 30 drops a day for a few years now and take it with a teaspoon of DMSO mixed in 4 oz of distilled water. TIP: Buy the powder and mix it with distilled water...much, much cheaper than buying it already liquid. Wear surgical gloves when you do it...or risk blue hands. Also, vitamin c powder can be used to remove blue stains.

For 100 kg (approx 200 lbs) the 1% concentrated solution, the most viable dosage is 4 ml per day (you can take 2ml in the morning, 2 ml in the afternoon, but none in the evening, because it can interfere with your sleep) the energy boost lasts about 5-6 hours which is miraculous.
  • I’ve been taking 4 drops twice a day, 5 days on, 2 days off. I don’t have any health issues, but I noticed more energy throughout the day, my attention doesn’t jump from one thing to another, irritation disappeared, digestion improved, easier to make decisions, easier to stay focused, more relaxed overall. I’ll keep taking it… forever! Thank you for the video, I loved the infographics and your very clear explanation!

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:29 📜 Methylene blue is a compound that shows significant potential in impacting aging and longevity. 01:19 🔄 Methylene blue, historically used as a dye and medication, has a long safety record and is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines. 02:19 ⚡ Methylene blue acts as an "electron cycler," similar to NAD, shuffling electrons to enhance cellular respiration and ATP production in mitochondria. 03:39 🔗 Cellular respiration involves Glycolysis, the KREBS Cycle, and Oxidative Phosphorylation, with the Electron Transport Chain (ETC) playing a crucial role. 05:59 🌐 Methylene blue's presence in mitochondria increases ATP production efficiency by enhancing the function of complex 4 in the ETC. 07:23 ⚠️ Free radicals, formed during cellular respiration, contribute to intrinsic aging; antioxidants like methylene blue counteract this damage. 09:16 🧠 Methylene blue's neuroprotective and nootropic capabilities include enhancing brain cell respiration, improving memory, and increasing attention. 11:54 🩸 Methylene blue improves oxygen-carrying capacity in red blood cells, explaining its use in treating carbon monoxide poisoning. 12:50 💡 Methylene blue's hydrophilic and lipophilic nature allows it to penetrate biomembranes, including the blood-brain barrier, enhancing its neuroprotective effects. 13:38 😌 Beyond cognition, methylene blue has anti-depressant effects, inhibits skin aging, and can promote wound healing. 15:55 💊 Methylene blue is recommended in a 1% solution form, with dosages varying based on body weight, and precautions against serotonin syndrome should be considered. 18:50 ✅ Methylene blue offers a range of benefits, including boosting energy levels, enhancing cellular function, and potentially addressing mitochondrial dysfunction, making it a compound worth considering for anti-aging supplementation. • I had a UTI for about a month, wouldn't go on its own. I refuse to take anti bi's unless absolutely necessary. Discovered MB, 20 drops in 4 oz of water. UTI gone in about 4 days, never returned. I take MB regularly now just for regular health benefits Inc as a nootropic 👍
  • @praxix43
The best explanation I've seen with the clearest graphics. Well done!
  • @TC-mf1cq
The dosage recommendations are for IV use for serious illnesses/poisonings, not for taking orally. Keep that in mind when you're taking it and start with a low dose.
  • @dorothypeck1372
Excellent video. I recently began using MB. I do not have any health issues but I can tell you that I feel absolutely AMAZING using it. 🔥
  • @0l_pops531
Best schematic explanation I've seen yet on the electron transport chain (ETC)... great work Lance. I'm saving this video for future reference.
  • @bonniedavis9076
Best Methylene Blue video ever!!! Understandable, very throughal. excellent job! subscribed
  • @whorn9295
Have seen some warnings about it raising blood pressure, but I take same dosage of BP med that I've been taking and haven't noticed any difference in pressure since starting on MB a week ago. I love it.
  • @davidbogdan3985
Best explanation I have seen you checked all the boxes while not going too far in the weeds, really gave everything we needed. 1? can always go and do a dive into the research if needed. It’s been a game changer for me and my fatigue.
  • @alf2009100
Great video 👍. I’ve been doing the blue for a couple of years and about a year ago I came across a video with a doctor Thomas Levy telling how adding about a gram of ascorbic acid to the blue dose in warm water makes some kind of chemical harmonious music. 🎶 The blue faded to clear after about a minute in the glass but I am still pissing a lovely blue or green depending on my vitamin B intake. Easier to drink and I believe it’s a very beneficial way to take the blue 🔵
  • @MarcMallary
You learned it good and explained the process better than some doctors. I've been mixing it with vitamin C, that turns it more clear. I heard it explained that it makes it work better. I use the powdered with a tiny spoon.

Here are the key points about methylene blue summarized in bullet points: - Methylene blue is a compound with a long history of use as a dye and medication - It has various beneficial properties: - Neuroprotective - improves cognition, memory, and mood - Antioxidant - scavenges free radicals and improves mitochondrial function - Enhances oxygen delivery by improving hemoglobin function - Anti-aging effects on skin by protecting against UV damage - Mechanism of action: - Acts as an electron cycler, similar to NAD, improving ATP production in mitochondria - Bypasses earlier complexes in the electron transport chain to enhance complex IV activity - Dosing guidelines: - Use pharmaceutical-grade, avoid industrial or aquarium grades - Typical dose is 45-360 mg per day, split into 2-3 doses - Avoid high doses (>10 mg/kg) which can become pro-oxidant - Potential interaction with serotonin-enhancing medications or supplements
  • @MrKrueger88
Great video ... Thankyou . Just a note that glutathione is not the most powerful anti oxidant , it is melatonin .
  • @johnolaoluwa
Lance's explanation is the best I've ever seen on the molecule. I discovered a methylene blue supplement, Mitotaur, it's brilliant for me, I seem to have bundles of energy since using it, it's like an internal air conditioner. 😊
  • @Nursebakr
This worked a miracle to maintain the BP of a severely septic patient. It was a "wow" moment.
  • @statuario
The only explanation worth watching. I doubt the others really know much of what NB does tbh. Thank you.
  • @DCGreenZone
PQQ as well. Thank you for your effort to educate the public as to what the real answers are.
