It wasn't "CGI skeleton, it was the old school stop motion technique that Ray Harryhausen championed in the 50s and 60s.
  • Am I the only one that enjoyed the way freddy said "yoooooou" when he saw Nancy? Almost like he was saying...ohhhh I'm definitely gonna get you back.
  • @rynefox7366
“YOU” - Freddy to Nancy The Nancy/Freddy reunion is one of my favorite moments in the entire franchise. The way he delivers that single word line with such contempt haha
  • @nunyanunya4964
Dream Warriors is the reason why I stopped being scared in my nightmares. For me, is the masterpiece of the Elm Street movies.
  • 42:00 - "That CGI isn't great..." That wasn't CGI. That was a practical puppet with a rear projection screen behind it. Other portions of the fight with Freddie's skeleton were done with stop motion miniatures. Remember your eras: If it came out before Terminator 2, it was a practical effect.
  • @araej9293
I'm 99 percent sure the Skeleton was stop motion animation. Not CGI.
  • "If your only faith is science, Dr., it may be you that's laid to rest." YO, That hit hard.

Roxy “…and no one is going down on me” 😂😂
  • @araej9293
The skeleton swapping between being alive and inanimate was because Freddy's soul was moving around. He was fighting Nancy and the kids until he felt her father and the dude dr screwing with his bones, so he swapped out of the dream and into the skeleton to fight them off.

I always feel bad for Kinkaid at the end. Because when he wakes up, he's in a room with three dead bodies...Nancy, Taryn and Will. I dont know how he got away without people pinning those murders on him
  • @BrianCVD
Thank you to everyone who pointed out that CGI wasn’t a thing when this movie came out and the actual technique was stop-motion. I shouldn’t let that bother me but it’s a technique that deserves more respect than it gets from people raised on CGI.

Wes Craven's original script for this was so messed up, a lot of swearing and Freddy was not having any "fun" at all and was k!lling the Elm Street youngsters in a very angry manner. One scary part with Phillip when he is walking as a puppet is when he looks up and can see a giant Freddy puppeting him and Phillip is like "Why are you doing this to me." and a drooling Freddy by like "Cause I like you." In another instance, one kid sees her grandmother in a rocking chair, so the kid runs to hug her and kneels and places her head onto her grandmas lap and she hugs her, before she turns into Freddy and his stomach opens up and eats the kid. In fact, cause he can't eat her fast enough, Freddy gets angry and chops off her legs as she is halfway into him. Plus it has some elements of Freddy's birth as Nancy witnesses it, similar to what we say in Dream Child. Either way, I got scared reading it.

Not knowing how to pronounce Robert Englund's last name is like seeing someone named Mr. Amerika and thinking it's Mr. Umerika
  • @DEADPOOL_LK-4T7
The car that his body was in was from the final scene in the first movie which connects the events from part 1 and making part 3 the true sequel to the original.
  • @shania991
“WELCOME TO PRIME TIME BTCH” sorry but Freddy is hilarious finally my favorite movie out of the franchise I love we got to see Nancy again.
  • @TheVas76
His last name is pronounced "England" like the country. Also, skeleton Freddy wasn't CG. They used old school stop-motion animation. YouTube the skeletons scene from Jason and the Argonauts. Definitely an homage. Sorry for the double post.

"She can't die, she's our entry point." Forgot about Tina already?

The nun's habit color can either indicate their place in the hierarchy or the specific order they belong to.
