I'm having a self-care morning, and take the opportunity to show you my favourite self-care and skincare processes and why, as a highly sensitive person and a vegan.

*check what essential oils or teas are recommended for you, especially if you are pregnant. I am not a practitioner, I speak from my personal experience and interests. Essential oils and teas can be as powerful as western medicine, so do your research and look after yourself :)

About My Imperfection Challenge...
I challenge myself to share a part of myself daily during April 2023.
I must be authentic, honest, raw, real, using my voice, and I am not allowed to edit, re-film, use filters, or skew reality - no post-production!

This is to help me find confidence in my own voice and my genuine self, build my skills as an orator, and aim to reduce my tendency towards perfectionism, and the associated self-sabotage and procrastination.
