I think the one bullet magazine snipers are the best choice for Fortnite's meta BUT they need to give the Heavy Impact sniper the Ch1-Ch4 projectile physics. If we're doing more than 1 shot in the mag, it should be 3 max like the Hunter Sniper Rifle from Ch3, I think that one is decently balanced. The Reaper was just too fast on release and the fire rate is also higher.
