3:19 Parotta is different from Paratha. "Parotta" more common in South India and Malaysia is a flaky layered bread made from all purpose flour (Maida) whereas "Paratha" is a bread more common in North India made from wheat flour. And the curry you had Parotta with is generally called as Kuruma/Salna in India😄. Just a fact, hope it helps
