Singapore's Best Vegan Food Spots! 5 Must Try Places to Eat and Tourism Tips

Published 2023-10-29
Embark on a vegan culinary journey through the vibrant streets of Singapore with me, Eunice, as your guide in this Singapore Vegan food guide. I am a passionate foodie, and will introduce you to 5 must-try vegan spots in Singapore, where traditional dishes are given a plant-based twist. From the enticing Green Dot Plus, known for its innovative use of konjac root in creating realistic seafood alternatives, to the popular Gokul Raas in Little India, offering delectable Indian vegan cuisine, each eatery is a testament to Singapore's diverse and inclusive food scene made vegan. I will tantalize the taste buds with a variety of dishes, from Hainanese "Chicken" curry made of crispy tofu skin to the signature Malaysian laksa, showcasing the culinary mastery behind veganizing local favorites.

Beyond the delectable vegan feasts, Rated V takes you on a tour of Singapore's iconic attractions. The Changi Airport, voted the world's best for the 12th time, boasts the mesmerizing Rain Vortex, the tallest indoor waterfall globally. Gardens by the Bay, with its Cloud Forest and Super Tree Groves illuminated to music, provides a magical experience. We will also explore the cultural richness of Little India and Chinatown, offering glimpses of street food delights, traditional markets, and the enchanting Fortune Center with its abundance of vegan options. Immerse yourself in the flavors, sights, and sounds of vegan Singapore – a must-visit destination for adventure seekers, urban explorers, and food enthusiasts alike.

3:19 Parotta is different from Paratha. "Parotta" more common in South India and Malaysia is a flaky layered bread made from all purpose flour (Maida) whereas "Paratha" is a bread more common in North India made from wheat flour. And the curry you had Parotta with is generally called as Kuruma/Salna in India😄. Just a fact, hope it helps
