the most angering part is that mindy kaling talks shit about our society while simultaneously being one of the most privileged people to have ever come up in it. Both her parents have extremely high paying jobs, and she grew up in a two-parent household. she went to an ivy league university and immediately got hired in hollywood upon graduation. She has literally nothing to be so bitter about.

I think there were rumors that it was originally bought for 2 seasons to begin with - since the initial season 2 'rumors' came out very early on

Just a heads up, Velma wasn't "cleared" or "greenlit" for another season, WB ordered two seasons worth of episodes all at once as one order at the start. This is just the last of what's left to make. I'm 98% sure that it will be fully canceled after this season, since the full order will be done.
