Contestants are put to the test in a nerve-wracking round where they must name ingredients solely based on sight and smell, without the privilege of tasting or touching. As ingredients like duck, crab, and tofu come into play, their knowledge and nerves are tried. But mistakes were made, leading to Dipali, Brendon, and Rachel ending up in the final elimination round, where they must prove their culinary skills to stay in the competition.

A Chinese man watching this... feels like he's seeing a group of kindergarten kids ordered by teachers to name circles and squares lol
  • @catree6677
For everyone who knows all of the ingredients but only in their language, same here buddy
  • @pohutukawajay
Judge: "You'll be choosing one at a time, so get into line please." Everyone: lines up behind the only Asian guy.
  • @TakeMeHard6678
Steven: Duck. Chef: Be more specific. Steven: Dead duck Huge applause
  • @anonfx6919
Every Chinese person watching this video screaming out all the ingredients
  • @later2058
As an Asian, I knew all of these ingredients...but I just know the local name of some, not the english equivalent.
  • @ramonr3921
Me: can't believe no ones picking the parsley, it's so easy Chef: coriander Me: oh

"it's like Russian roulette" Literally nothing like Russian roulette

    “Tofu” “More specific please”? “....white....tofu”?
  • @zurgboy07
Just add the word chinese in the beginning you'll never lose.
  • @soxpuff
Why am I screaming at the screen for someone to pick up the Daikon radish, dried dates, or bitter melon?!
  • @philypichu
Masterchef: Chinese Ingredients Vietnamese guy: half the table is in a bowl of Phở
  • I was mad impressed that the white lady said lup cheong AND chinese sausage.
  • @ivenstorm
Interesting that no one picked Bittermelon.
  • As somebody who’s Chinese and grew up with all of these I’m disturbed by how literally none of them took the bitter melon first- it’s one of the easiest vegetables to remember and is in a lot of Asian supermarket! Still I must applause them because they still got a lot of them right lol
  • @pryxisjr3536
I don’t blame them for getting the things wrong. I’m Chinese, grew up eating all these things, but only know most of these In Chinese. Very impressive that so many of them got those things right.
  • @olaide1521
This game is unfair. Some people only went 2 rounds and were safe while the ones up for elimination went 3 rounds. Everyone should be asked to name everything on the table possibly write them down and the persons with the least number of correct answers should be up for elimination.
  • @kuofu_2468
me looking at the bitter melon the whole time and wondering why they aren’t picking it 👁👄👁
  • @theegabbylove
Her response about the tofu would’ve been my exact same answer 🤣🤣🤣
