My Exact SMMA Client Onboarding Process

In today's video, I dive into the SMMA onboarding process I use within my own agency, the Affluent Agency.
Onboarding is the time to address questions and concerns and ensure the client understands the services available.
It can also be the most time-consuming part of the relationship because youāre just getting to know your new client.
Youāre learning about their products or services, goals, brand, and brand voice, not to mention requesting access to all of their social media accounts, logins, and tools they might already be using.
If your client onboarding process isnāt ironed out, there might be a lot of kinks in the process that can irritate your new client (and you) before you even start.

This is honestly the best video I have seen on the specific process of signing and onboarding a client.
