  • Thomas also should recuse himself or the DOJ should. The Code of Conduct for Supreme Court Justices is covered in smoke and needs to cleared up.

American Justice has fallen and NEEDS TO GET BACK UP

The message was clear but Alito thinks we should be chumps. So who was the message for? Was he expressing solidarity with the coup or a snarky statement to everyone else? I think it was just an arrogant sample of the repression to come.
  • Yeah, that’s a little bit of an oversight for the writers of the constitution. Giving the highest judicial branch in the land absolute power with no term limits and then not to have some sort of safeguard. What could go wrong.
  • It’s so ridiculous that these people are above the law they claim to know.
  • Justice Roberts, get your court in order. The legacy you are all leaving is horrific, history will condemn you. Follow the ethics and laws you claim to support.

Recusal is far from sufficient. Alito has broken one of the prime judicial tenets. Judges must be - and be seen to be - impartial. His is not only an arrogant disregard of judicial propriety, but also an attack of on the rule of law. He should be impeached and that process ought to start immediately. I am sick of this constant kowtowing to these people with no regard for the institutions of the Republic

RECUSE??!!! HE SHOULD BE GIVEN A CHOICE: RESIGN OR BE IMPEACHED. ALITO HAS GIVEN UP THE RIGHT TO SERVE AS A JUDGE ON ANY COURT!!! INCLUDING TRAFFIC COURT!!!
  • @billieg826
Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito need to resign !

Thank you Jeffries for not being anything like Johnson! 💙🇺🇸

Congress has a duty to intervene in holding the Supreme Court justices accountable for their behavior and their conduct. We don’t have kings. We don’t have kings in America.
  • @GlenB1963
The supreme court is out of control. A bill needs to be passed where the lower courts have a collective power to watchdog them too. Something must be done.

The greatest honor I will have as a American citizen will be to vote for Joe Biden and against trump this November
