Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) is an amazingly dark series with good humor and epic plot twists, I'd definitely recommend the manga as it's still ongoing. Ciel is such a tragic and well-written character and coupled with Sebastian essentially being his impending death is one of the many things that makes the show so appealing. When watching the anime, however, make sure you navigate the canon from the non-canon. The first part of season one is canon while the second half isn't, season two isn't; and the three Books (season three AKA Book of Circus, Book of Murder and Book of Atlantic) are all beautifully animated and stay loyal to the manga. If you haven't watched Kuro before you definitely should!
