I have worked this work for a long time. I used cnc punch machine and cnc lazer too. Finaly I left this job. I am a civil servant now and happy.

Impressive machine. Like all Press Brakes, they require a highly experienced, highly skilled operator; such as the one shown here.

It's a laser "curtain" safety system. All new CE certified break presses have them today. Protects operator fingers, adds some protection against erroneous setup of tooling.

Things have changed since 1998 when I first used and set press brakes very similar operations but older machines back then...very good watch

The top plate holding the dies is amazing, try moving each top die and having to tighten it down every time.

This is at the Trumpf facility in Farmington, conn. I had a Trumpf laser for over 20 years. It changed my life. Trumpf tools are the absolute best. You can’t go wrong with Trumpf tools. Their service and quality is exceptional. Go buy one. They will help you with financing and make it happen. Just do it.

I like the part where he's trying to look as quick as possible then he smashes the die into the stop. If you've ever wondered how a brand new machine gets a funny twist of a couple thousandths somewhere in something, it's this guy.

If no one has ran this type of brake before, pay attention to the control screen as he's forming. When a part is programmed in TruTops, each step gives a visual display of how to put the part in for forming. I have ran several different types of brakes, and I gotta say Trumpf is best....so far
