They have deprived me of sleep for five years. Because I am a introvert I have no witness and apparently no credibility so it has been allowed to go on daily no matter who I wrote to enforce the Law.

I was brought to a place where the staff had arranged for the unit above me to me used as a harassment tool. there was a tenant living there and when they were at work the unit was available to all to go in and jump on the person in unit 207's head. When they were sleeping, the first night I went up there of (two times) a male woke the female tenant up with a "there is someone at your door", if they were awake they would have heard me knock, I did not bang the door, but it's a 12 foot 10 foot room.
They laughed at that request to be respectful of the place they live and continued learning how to rollerblade at 2:00am.
This jumping on my head went of for 39 months and was not stopped for one full day no matter who I wrote, and the was some heavy people, the AG's of Ontario and Canada, the PM's Office, the Chief of Police, I tried getting the city to fix their problem and realized they had no intention of "Fixing" my Problem.
So this is to make viewing the attempts I made to resolve this more efficient, part of the plan has been to make it overwhelming with players and incidents.
It has been going on for five years. they stole five years of my life from me for no reason.... strangers who found a target.
