1 tbsp whole cardamon
Oats Scrub/Mask:
1 part cups ground oats
1 part apple sauce
drizzle of honey
Pumpkin Seed Serum
1 part pumpkin seed oil
1 part jojoba oil
1 part carrot seed oil
1-2 drops lavender EO
1-2 drops frankincense EO
1-2 drops geranium EO
Autumn Atmosphere Mist:
1-2 oz. water
dash of witch hazel
3-4 drops cinnamon EO
3-4 drops frankincense EO
3-4 drops sweet orange EO
Pumpkin Pie Latte Candle:
soy wax chips
dash of pumpkin pie spice
dash of nutmeg
3-4 drops clove EO
3-4 drops vanilla EO
3-4 drops sweet orange EO
3-4 drops cinnamon EO
