My lady bits can’t handle all those products in my bath water. But I do use the Dr. Teals bath bombs once a week.

Looks so relaxing. But tip: dry brushing in the shower defeats the purpose of dry brushing. You should always dry brush on dry skin. It’s important to get the maximum benefits to your circulation and for detoxing.

PSA: "DRY BRUSHING" is exactly that, so dry brush yourself in upward strokes towards your heart ❤ starting with your limbs for a few minutes, BEFORE you get into the bath or shower. This is amazing for the lymphatic systems drainage

This was cute😊 but I haven’t “bathed” in the bath since forever. Something about sitting in dirty water after washing is not relaxing. I have to shower after my soak baths. I get flash backs & hear my grandma yelling at me lol. P.s I love dry brushing it makes my skin so soft! 💕

This is so therapeutic! Most like myself, shower before my soak. I invest a lot for my soak times...it's my personal spa time in my own home...it's a detox: mind, body, spirit wrapped in pure heaven. And I Def use the same products down to that perfect spa pillow. Oh & I've purchased 2 different bathtub 🛀🏾 overfill caps, which gives me a deeper soak/ rise of water. Lol I see she's an Amazon Queen like me #prime
