You know, my friends, it's not everyday that you get to go out trackside and see over $20,000,000 roll right in front of your eyes. For me, however, it's been three days. Three days, three trains, and one very curious railfan have combined to produce an international quest discover what these things are, where they come from, and where they are going. And now that it's over, I can confidently say I learned a lot, and I hope you do too now that I can share my discoveries with you all.

To the kind Siemens employee who took time out of his day for an interview, God bless your soul. I cannot stress how critical your information was to this video. Thank you so much.

More thanks to these international channels for being so generous in giving me footage. Truly could not have completed this project without you all:
@Kilistrains
@Rotausleuchtung
@trainspottinginaustria8978

And finally,@greenvilledistrictrailfans, appreciate y'all for supplying more footage.

God bless. I'll see you soon, out on the High Iron.

    @LocoPro.This is not a hobby anymore. It's a calling! I loved the beauty of the combination of technical know how, and inter continental transportation of this Siemens unit, combined with a great sense of humour, which keeps the lay person interested. You were made for a time like this. I say this with all certainty. This is your Purpose! Keep it up Son.❤

    Fantastic. I literally watched this after an entire day of fanning central florida - this is why this hobby doesn't get old.

    Every month or so the UP line in my town will have a Siemens VIA Rail Set movement. I’ve seen it. It’s kind of crazy

    great video! personally i recorded 4 times this type of transport in Poland to nearby power station, but this video was interesting anyway. it was nice to see how it is on the other side of the world
  • Awesome video! Wow, I had no idea those loads came from so far away! That’s really cool! As for the port they come in at it might be Morehead City, NC because everything that gets sent via NS for export goes there but don’t quote me on that. As for the destination I believe it’s somewhere in Alabama or west. When the transformers go up the North End they still go to Alabama from what I’ve seen every time. They can’t run the East End due to a really tight tunnel in Cook Springs, AL so they have to go up to Chattanooga and down.
  • This is gonna be great and I m sure this train came from Charlotte NC
  • I was watching this then halfway through my friend screams, “YOUR WATCHING SIEMENS?!? AYOOO” ☠️
