In my experience the quote "so right and so wrong" is exactly how I would describe the game. Somehow the bike lacks the gyroscopic stability that a real bike has, the oversteer in this game is as bad as the understeer and you just can't seem to get the right balance. I find this with flat screen biking games too, to be honest. As for the motion sickness, no, personally I never felt there was any issue with that, but I have been in VR since the CV1, so ...

I made a rig for this game and it helped me incredibly. Without the rig the game was basically impossible to play. I love the game now

This looks like it a pain to play with the joycons alone. It's like trying to play Assasin's Creed with the gyro controls only. really calls for some kind a of rig to at least connect the two joycons and let them still rotate (kinda like rifle grips for FPS shooters in VR).
