This Hotel sits at the entrance of the two year old Universal Studios Beijing and is themed to the golden age of Hollywood. I love that you guys go for it on hotels. I know sometimes they don’t matter as much to other people on their vacations, but it’s a big part of what goes into my trip planning so I appreciate these special and unique room tours! This room was too cute, man i can only imagine how cool it’d be staying there from a kids perspective (and using that robe!). Btw the chips with the pork ribs looked like the shrimp chips I grew up with in Hawaii. Can’t wait for the Beijing videos!! 🤗🤗🤗

The red candied fruits on the stick are candied hawthorns or 'tanghulu'. It's a traditional Chinese street food snack.

The difference in food price at the park reflects the difference in the amount of labor costs there vs America (they pay much less especially since wage increases post COVID here) / abundance of park goers. China is basically America in the 90’s right now, and it looks so awesome. Glad you guys had a good time.

This vlog makes me want to visit China someday. Watching both of you enjoy Universal Beijing is like a first hand experience without me being there. My most recent visit was to Universal Studios Hollywood which I went to last month during spring break. The food at Toadstool's Cafe was a bust! Too an otherwise great trip. It was fun but you guys seemed to have even more fun! Can't wait to watch the rest of your China trip.

WOW that is a great room with really fun theming. When you are at the location where a cuisine is from go for whatever and get an authentic experience. Could you imagine going to a themed event like a Tower of Terror Gatsby night at this fantastic hotel, it would be epic!

This hotel is incredible! I really want those Kung fu panda towels 😍…and I think you guys chose the perfect place to eat at city walk- the setting looked just like a street food area in Asia~
