This heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time. To come back from that type of devastating injury talks about the strength of their soul. Thanks for sharing their journey. Looking forward to more episodes.

First Episode had me in tears but a good start to the documentary. Keep shining the light until a better understanding is brought forward.

I was 12 when I did my ACL. I loved playing football with all of me, but I never got my confidence back after that. Obviously football isn’t my career but this documentary means a lot. ❤❤❤

I had the same injury from playing football and watching this has really made me emotional. It's so strange too as watching this has subconsciously made my knee hurt😂

Seen this on the website twice already and have sobbed both times❤. When’s the second episode coming out because it currently almost 12:00 am for me!?
  • Wasn’t a supporter of Arsenal when Beth got her injury, but looking at her slamming her fist down at 5:23 into the pitch in so much pain… that was truly heartwrenching to see

i honestly cannot image how hard it must be for them, 2 of the most amazing footballers, to miss THE WORLDCUP which is every footballers dream stage. looking at them go through every little process for the comeback makes me genuinely emotional and paintful but also very very proud ♥ now that theyre back on the pitch, i hope they can shine brighter than ever🌟🌟!!

Beth mead you are a really great inspiration to all girls who want to play. I loved all your goals in the euros and I wish I was in your time line so I would be allowed to play. I am the age of your precious mum and I thank your mum and dad for gifting us England fans to enjoy your immense talent. I wish you and viv all the love on your your footie career. Keep the goals coming Beth your my fave player xx

Amazing insight into what goes behind the scenes and also how two extremely close partners deal with horrific injury. I was out with arthritis for three months this year and the pain is real. I'm glad that women finally have shoes being designed for them. Long overdue. Great stuff.

Hearing Beth and Viv describe what they went through reminded me of when I ruptured the ACL in my left knee back in March 2006. Crazy thing is that it was during the warmup before a game. I planted my left foot while passing the ball with my right foot, with my body leaning slightly to my left when my left foot slid left as well and I heard a "pop". The knee isn't meant to bend to the left, but mine did.
  • @ASeatedLion
So annoying. I was at Beth's game. She had been battered all game and like she said, shouldn't have gone for the ball. It was hard to see but great to know she has support. This is a great series for the fans!
