Black credit in Vietnam - Extremely bad social evils make many people miserable and even die!!!

#PleaseSaveVN #SOSHCMC #SOSVietnam Black credit in Vietnam has existed for a long time and comes from Vietnam's socialist elder - China! In the past, the way black credit used to reach prey were distribute flyers and business cards to each person on the street or drop them into people's houses, and stick advertisements on walls and electricity poles. With short and attractive content: "Borrow money quickly, simply with ID card, household registration book" and phone number of black credit on it. It's the traditional style! Now is the age of technology, black credit in Vietnam, behind the Chinese bosses, has changed the way it works. They are extremely sophisticated, know how to circumvent the law to operate under the guise of financial companies. Their form of expression is apps, money-borrowing websites. However, they still maintain the traditional way to approach and lure prey in remote areas, without internet.

The rampant activity of black credit especially increased during Wuhan flu pandemic in Vietnam. Hit Vietnamese people's mentality to have quick and immediate money because of have no money to live during the pandemic, can't borrow from relatives and friends. They constantly launch tricks to invite and entice Vietnamese people to borrow their money. But Vietnamese people don't know that black credit is usury! And it's easy to borrow, hard to repay! When you can't pay your debt, the nightmare begins! Their debt collection methods are terrible! So much so that a female member of National Assembly had to denounce this social evil before a government meeting. To find a way to crack down on black credit in Vietnam:

"The new type of black credit has turned small debtors into big debtors. Loads of debts! Can't pay! The debt collection method of apps is more cruel than black credit in real life (Mafia)! Debt collection by terrorizing the borrower's psyche. And when phone terrorism doesn't work, the subjects (debt collectors of black credit) thoroughly use social networks. There was a case, father borrowed money but the child has been set up an altar and posted on social networks. Extremely cruel!"

According to my incomplete statistics, there are over 90 apps and websites of black credit existing in Vietnam. Typically Tamo, MoneyCat, DrDong, ATM Online, Senmo,... Every day, they set targets for their employees to seduce a certain number of borrowers to enjoy high commissions. Therefore, employees of black credit all have one feature in common. When inviting to borrow money, they are extremely sweet, gentle, and lovely. But when debtors pay a few days late, even a few hours, they will turn into demons. Swearing, insulting, threatening, humiliating borrowers, without any respect! And if don't pay debts, black credit will become more terrible. They use extremely miserable and hooligan methods. And someone had to die because of couldn't pay debt! The series about "Black credit" and "Usury" on my Twitter are irrefutable proof.

The Vietnamese government does not take care of the people, does not give relief money and vaccine aided by the US to the Vietnamese people. Now they are suffering because of directives 16 and 16+ of the communist government, especially in HCMC.
